Summary:

Building on the momentum of its globalization strategy, CEE is steadily expanding its overseas manufacturing capabilities. On August 15, 2026, following the completion of construction, equipment commissioning, trial production validation, and relevant system audits, QuanTech Circuit (THAILAND) Co., Ltd., a wholly owned overseas subsidiary of Huizhou CEE Technology Inc. (Stock Code: 002579.SZ), officially commenced production. The milestone marks the formation of CEE’s coordinated dual-base manufacturing capacity in China and overseas markets, representing a major step forward in the Company’s global manufacturing strategy.

01 Securing Key Southeast Asian Capacity with Strong Order Backlog

In recent years, the global electronics supply chain has undergone continuous restructuring, with major downstream customers expanding their manufacturing footprints across Southeast Asia and other regions. The launch of QuanTech is a strategic move by CEE to respond to evolving customer needs and optimize its global supply chain. Located in Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya, Thailand, the facility primarily manufactures high-value-added products, including Multi-Layer Boards (MLB), High Layer Count Boards (HLC), and High-Density Interconnect PCBs (HDI).

Through localized manufacturing, QuanTech will significantly shorten delivery lead times for overseas customers, reduce overall logistics costs, and effectively mitigate potential trade-related risks. The facility is already actively supporting the capacity expansion plans of several industry-leading customers in Southeast Asia, while also establishing cooperation intentions with a number of local enterprises, providing a strong foundation of customer demand for future growth.

02 Focusing on High-End Applications to Power AI and Automotive Electronics

As CEE’s first specialized overseas PCB manufacturing base, QuanTech will focus on serving key high-growth sectors, including automotive electronics, communications equipment, AI computing, and new energy. Following the commencement of production, QuanTech will establish close collaboration and complementary advantages with CEE’s manufacturing bases in Huizhou and Zhuhai, China, across technical support, production operations, talent development, and supply chain assurance. This will further strengthen CEE’s global supply capabilities and capacity to fulfill customer orders.

03 Advancing High-End and Digital Manufacturing for High-Quality Industry Development

The official launch of the Thailand production base marks an important milestone in CEE’s global expansion strategy and the optimization of its industrial footprint. Looking ahead, CEE will continue to uphold its corporate spirit of “Reform, Innovation and Efficiency,” remain committed to technological innovation and international development, and leverage the Thailand base’s intelligent manufacturing capabilities together with the synergies of its domestic and overseas production bases.

With a more comprehensive global manufacturing system, CEE will provide customers with enhanced manufacturing and service capabilities, work collaboratively with partners, and contribute to the high-quality development of the global electronic circuit industry.
